Born during a new moon and raised on a steady diet of feedback and pizza bagels, Doerr has been melting faces and confusing sound engineers since day one. After cutting his teeth in the legendary local acts PT’s Revenge, A Darker Broadcast, and The Halifax Notion, he decided the world needed more of his “loud but emotional” approach to rock — a style once described by a music critic as “like a tornado in cargo shorts.”

When he’s not on stage, Doerr spends his time collecting rare amphibians (most of which he names after drummers who quit), perfecting his recipe for stage fog, and training to break the world record for longest guitar solo performed on a voicemail.

Rumor has it he once turned down a world tour with a major band because it interfered with his Tuesday night trivia team, “Quiztal Meth".

Known for his explosive live shows, encyclopedic knowledge of obscure 1990s and early 2000s cult classic movies, and an uncanny ability to find the one broken cable in any venue, DO continues his noble quest to bring Pop-Punk back to the people — or at least to the dive bars with decent sound equipment.
